Healthy Dining Near Orlando Airport??

Does anyone have any suggestions for healthy (low fat) dining near Orlando Airport? We are looking for something that’s not a chain. Maybe having good salads or seafood/chicken (grilled but not fried). We found many places but everything seems to be fried.

well there are a ton of places just out the north exit on Semoran Blvd although they are chains. There are not a lot of stand-alone restaurants in the areas heavily traveled by tourists. You can get grilled fish/chicken at Bonefish Grill or Marlow's Tavern. There is a good restaurant inside the Marriott Airport Lakeside. Bar Louie has good food too. Further up Semoran, you can go to Millers Ale House to get grilled or blackened fish / chicken or salads. If you go out the south exit to Lake Nona, you have Chroma, Bosphorus, and the restaurants at the Wave Hotel.

Not that close to the airport, but I assume you have a car? We go to Fresh Kitchen every trip. It's about 9 miles from the airport. Make your own bowl, choosing a base, veggies, protein and sauce. The BBQ chicken is amazing, but they also have grilled/baked chicken, tofu, steak and salmon.

If you are stopping for a meal on your way from the airport to your resort, there is a produce store that we also stop at in the same area called Freshfield Farms. We pick up fruit to keep in our room, and the quality has always been good.
