Besides BOG, what are some healthier counter service lunch options in the MK? Looking for places that offer interesting salads (ie. something besides a tossed salad!)

Columbia Harbor House is probably your best bet.

I'd try Columbia Harbour House. They have a vegetarian sandwich on multi grain bread. Salads I think are pretty similar at a lot of QS places. Not much special about any of them that I've seen.

CHH also has a grilled salmon with vegetables.
Pecos Bill has a southwest salad and also fajitas along with a toppings bar you can customize your meal.
Pinocchio Village has a Caesar salad and also tomato basil soup.
Even Cosmic Rays has a rotissierie chicken plate and also a Greek salad
