yeah, I doubt whatever was done to make chicken crispy in a salad is close to healthy. Just eat as much as you want and order a diet soda. Negates everything bad in the unhealthy food doesn't it?Honestly, I don't think there's much to really qualify as healthy in the parks. At least not by my definition. Some of the stuff listed in this thread is definitely NOT healthy. Just because it's a salad...doesn't make it healthy. Haha! I recommend going to allears.net and checking out the menus to get an idea of what places may have options you'd like.

Taste Pilots Grill has a veggie burger that is really good. Fried green tomato sandwich at the Hungry Bear is very tasty & comes with sweet potato fries. Yes, it's all fried, but if you are not a meat eater, it's nice to have options other than eating salads the whole time.
White Water Snacks in the Grand Californian Hotel serves Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad and a Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich. I have tried both of these and really liked them. The salad is a typical premade salad, but really nice and cold, which I like. And the sandwich is really yummy, it comes with guacamole, a grilled pepper (but not a hot one), and a side of fries or fruit I think. HTH, Kriss![]()
