My go to;
1 cup OJ (Not from concentrate)
1 small banana (Frozen and chunked)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
scoop of vanilla pro. powder
Oats are a great thickening agent, and you won't taster them here. Also, to achieve desired thickness, you can freeze the various fruits. The more frozen you use, the thicker the shake. I recommend always freezing the banana, cause unfrozen seems to leave an aftertaste.
This will make to big glasses full. Whole shake a little under 500 calories. Easily can be used twice at 250 a pop.
