Heads up - Online Reservations

While trying to checkout with my reservations today I kept getting blank screens or error messages. At one point, my whole cart disappeared! I was able to remake all my ADRs for within 10 minutes of my original times. When I went back in to retrieve my dining reservations, ALL of them were there including all the ones that I received error messages or blank screens. I had to go through and delete about 10 extra ADRs.:eek: I never received emails or confirmation numbers for any of the errors but they were there when I went back to check my reservations. I had 4 ADRs for dinner at Chef Mickey's on Nov25th.:confused3
Long story short, you might want to retrieve your reservations if you had the same problems that I did. ;)
 
This happened to me too......over about a 3 week span. I kept getting the blank screen on the last page and never got a single confirmation email. I kept trying and it didn't work. I had to call in for my ADR's and it was only by accident that a CM last week told me I had a LOT of reservations.

All the ones I had tried.....did go through. I had to cancel over 30 reservations. I had 6 reservations for a party of 5 all at the SAME time for T Tex. The CM was in disbelief that the system even allowed me to do this......an so was I.

I cannot use the online system at all because of this. I just hunt them up on there and then call in to try to get them.
