I don't know whether this has reached Orlando yet, but today Lyft raised their rider fares in the Miami market to the point where they are noticeably higher than Uber. (drivers get none of that) Numerous drivers are reporting people switching to Uber because it was less expensive.
I always recommend that any rideshare user keep both apps on your phone and check pricing before you order -- and this is why. The companies' pricing is rarely the same -- one time one is higher, another time it's reversed. So be a savvy consumer and check.
Also...if anyone has any problems getting Lyft rides from MCO, please let us know.
Lyft has made a change in their airport procedures which could cause driver cancellations and force you to submit a new ride request. Let me know if you run into that. Thanks.
