Heads up on I75/64 through Lexington KY-major construction

Just giving a heads up that major construction has begun on I75/64 on the north side of Lexington, KY. Back ups were 5-7 miles northbound last night at rush hour, and if you know the area, this road usually does not have much of a rush hour. Exit ramps are periodically closed, and the speed limit is reduced to 55 and is being enforced 24/7. There are huge events in the area this weekend, bringing nearly 100,000 guests to the city. If you are planning on driving in this area over the next few weeks, especially northbound, you have been warned.

Hmmm.. I'm supposed to go see my surgeon again next week in Lexington. I, however, have no idea where I75/64 are in relation to where I go..
I know landmarks.. so, if you can maybe answer a quick question rolleyes1 )

Yes-if your directions call for an exit at mile marker 113, Paris Pike/Broadway, that exit is now closed. The easiest directions for someone not familiar with the area would be to exit at 115, get back on the interstate southbound, and then exit at 113-it would add 4 miles. There are several other ways to get to the hospital area though.
