DW and I are coming home for the first time this July 1-7 and are staying at the OKW. We read your postings every evening and are so impressed with DVC that we just purchased 230 points at the VWL. We were able to convert our cash resse into our recently purchased points. Can't wait to see our new home and stay at the OKW. We were just wondering what the earliest we might be able to check in? and where you would purchase your park passes?

You can check in whenever you arrive, however, rooms are typically not ready until 4pm which is the "posted" check-in time. Sometimes people get lucky though, and get into their room early.

You can purchase park passes right at the front desk. You get a 10% discount on the UMP pass, and DVC also offers another "discounted" pass, which really I don't think is that great a deal. For other types of passes though, check out this site for discounted tickets.
