Headed to Disney now -- Have AP Discount question

I am headed to Disney right now and have a question on AP discounts. We have Premium Annual Passes and want to take advantage of the AP discounts available. In order to get them for dining, merchandise, and such, do you have to have a AP "card"? I didn't receive one when we activated them at the parks in July or when I received my AP magic bands. If I need one, where can I pick you up?

You can get your plastic AP Card at a Ticket Window or Guest Relations.

I was just there last week and was required to show my card and, about 90% of the time, photo ID as well.

We used our AP discount a few weeks ago. We had to show photo ID and the card each time.

Yes, you need to show card and ID. Although, once when I didn't have my card, the cm asked me to show proof of AP in MDE and ID.
