Congratulations on your recent engagment! I wish you and your fiancee the best. And having just been married myself, June of this year, may I give you some advice? Plan early! Actually, jump right in and get as much done as early as possible...just a little bit of advice. Congrats once again.

I agree! Make all the major plans (date, location, caterers, etc.) soon, so then you only have to focus your energy on the smaller details.

I got married in 2000, and the planning wasn't that bad. In fact, I think it would be AWESOME to be a wedding/events planner at WDW!

I got married in June of this year. I asked my wife February of '04, by the end of April we had all the planning done we could have possibly planned. The only thing left were the small stuff...it made for a real nice year.
