HDDR questions

We were going to do this last trip and changed mind. Is it still getting good reviews and worth the money?

This is something we were thinking of doing 1st night.

Yes, it is great. Yes, it is worth it.

We always do it our first night. GREAT way to kick off WDW vacation!

We do it on our first night in WDW too. We love it, because the food is good, kinda down home country style and jokes and songs are corny but just let your hair down and join in, relax - it's Disney!

We went in July, my DS-9 thought it was hilarious; DH thought it was too hokey, said it reminded him of "HeeHaw" from the 60's TV (?) I enjoyed it and liked the food...ribs, chicken & corn bread were good. Not something I'd go to again, but it's fun to go at least once.

That's what the Unofficial Guide says, too. I remember "Hee-Haw," and kind of liked it...but IMHO, HDD is much better.

You got your jokes, your food, some singing and dancing, a little romance, and audience participation. It is great fun!
