How busy is this place? Looking to eat there around 3 or 4pm on a DHS recommended park day. I just really want that salad! Can get reservations in the actual restaurant but don't think DH will want that heavy of an entree.

3 or 4 pm I would assume would be a great time between the two major meal periods of the day. I had no problem getting a table and lunch there last May but I was a solo traveler for that meal. If you are set on it, you can always make an ADR and your DH can order an app as his entree or something along those lines. No one says you have to order something heavy just because you have an ADR!
