HBC is having their soft opening today, and they have lots of toasters-Mickey and Winnie the Pooh- and wafflers, too. The price was 59.99. The store is nice and clean, but with the large carts, I found the aisles to be narrow. I spent a fortune buying Christmas gifts though, AND I got the new HBC rewards catalogue. I hope that there is something in it, since I”ve been saving my points for ever!

Are the specials on at all the home outfitters in Ontario??
Maybe I shouldnt find out. Yikes shopping is deadly !!!!
Have a disney day:earsgirl: :earsboy:

Oh darn! I just redeemed a million HBC points for a gift certificate (for myself...lol)! If the toaster is in the new catalogue, maybe I should of waited!!

Debbie, you've started your Xmas shopping? Wow, I'm impressed!! ::yes:: :D

Yankee Candles too?! Alright!!! :teeth:

The Home Outfitters near me(Whitby) still does not have the Mickey toasters in:mad:

$59.99 for a toaster!! Yikes! Seems a little pricey for me... Is it a 2 or 4 slice toaster? I could never justify the $$ for a 2 slice toaster, especially since I have a perfectly fine working 4 slice one right now (which I bought at a yard sale years ago, new in the box for $10). But for a 4 slice toaster...hmmm...maybe

btw, I just added my first ever disney item to our house; a Mickey Mouse valance for the kitchen ($1 brand new at a garage sale last weekend). The kids love it.

$59.99 for a Mickey toaster seems cheap to me (I bought our stainless, 4 slice retro toaster 3 yrs ago and it cost me $99.99).

I wonder if our Outfitters has them?

Made my first visit to Home Outfitters today. Saw the Mickey and Winnie the Pooh toasters (cool but kind of pricey). Do they have regular sales?? I never seem to see a sale flyer. Anyone know a sale schedule. You know what I mean - this comes on sale this week - that comes on sale next week. I've noticed that Michael's next door regularly comes out with coupons for 40% off in their flyers. Anything like this?
