HB vouchers making me so sad.....

so i live in malta..... wanna purchase these blessed vouchers, my travel agent looked at me as if i was speaking chinese??

so called the disney switchboard, who put me through to customer relations, who put me through to customer care who put me through to......you know where this is going, any way ended up back at switchboard... argh (as the pirates say)

please help me!!!! can i buy them online, pay by visa ?!?!? or is there a special telephone line?!?!?!
