HB Fantasmic Reservation?

If you book say 8 pm, do you have to pick up at 8pm? If you ended up hungry at 6pm could you grab your to go meal then? And has anyone had any experience in ordering off the set menu , I have read this is possible

My experience has been with the Aladdin's Oasis lunch package for PtN/MSEP. We got there about 30 minutes early once, and they let us get our food. I don't know how early they would have let us do it, nor whether this applies to HB.
