Hazelnut desserts?

I loved the hazelnut pyramid at the Fountainview Cafe, but they didn't have it the last time I was there. Does anyone know of any other hazelnut desserts?

Don't know about desserts, but AP at the Wilderness Lodge had a sweet potato hazelnut gratin that was the best I ever had. The chef came out and gave me the recipe and I made it for Thanksgiving and it got rave reviews. The whole dinner was fabulous.

I think you can get a Beaver Tail in Canada with a chocolate-hazelnut spread on it.

if you go to allears.net and type hazelnut into the search, it will show you results from menus posted on the wdwig site containing hazelnut. Results from cruises, etc also come up, and not all menus are current, but it might help your scavenger hunt!
