hayride and campfire ?????

Does anyone know what time the hayride starts in august? Is it really busy? How long before start do we need to be there so we make sure we get to ride?
After doing the hayride will we make it to the sing a long? Not too worried about the movie, so could or should we hit the singalong first then the hayride?
Thanks for the help Planning on doing this on a wednesday evening or should we do it on a saturday?

Hi! It sounds like you have a great evening planned! The hayride usually starts at 6:30, but you may want to call before you go, just to make sure.

The campfire program starts at 8:00 in the summer months, so you should be able to go after the hayride.

Another idea - you could plan on getting to FW around 5:00 or so, and have dinner at the Trail's End Buffet! The food is very good, and the prices are reasonable.

Yes we plan to have dinner somewhere around the property. was planning an afternoon at River Country.
Hopefully we will be able to catch the petting zoo too that day. Any other suggestions for a day at the campground?

No - it sounds like you've got it all planned! FYI - The Trail's End serves all 3 meals.

You can also catch the Electrical Water Pageant at 9:45pm from the beach. And, the MK fireworks too! It's a great view from there!

Never thought about the water pageant. That would be great . Since it is just me and DD I don't think DD really would care if we stayed for the movie (we own all that has been released) River country is now open on Sat, tues, wed and thurs. What day would you recommend? And do you know what the Trail Buffet cost for lunch? Thanks for the help
