This site was so helpful for my disney cruise, does anyone know a similar site for Hawaii?

I don't know of a site like this, but last year we spent three weeks on Maui and Oahu and I managed to find a lot of info on the web...just not in one spot. If there is anything specific or if you need hotel suggestions, feel free to PM me.

Are you going on a cruise or land vacation? If you are cruising, you might check out www.cruisecritic.com or www.cruisefools.com as they have lots of forums based on your cruiseline, ports of call, and roll call. If its a land vacation, I'm with banderson, you'll have to do some research on your own. I went to Oahu and Maui for 11 days in 03 and my favorite resource was Frommer's. I bought his books, but you can check them out at your local library or check out his website at www.frommers.com I found it very helpful. Have fun!

I am in the process of taking care of my final details for my Hawaii Cruise. I wish it was with DCL but maybe that will happen. I am sailing RCCL Serenade of the Seas. It leaves from Ensenada, Mexico on May 7, 2005 with stops at different islands.

If your are looking for info on the islands, Wizard Publications are the best. We spend almost all our vacation time in Hawaii and these books have the most honest and up to date reviews. www.wizardpub.com Their site also shows you aerial views of the resorts, so you can see beach location, etc.

Here's a tip for you When tipping tour guides, in addition to a modest sum of money (your discretion) give your tour guide a can of SPAM ... friend of mine does this all the time in Hawaii (in addition to cash, not instead of) and she says the tour guides are thrilled to death (they just LOVE SPAM).

where to stay dot com has a great section on hotel reviews for hawaii and the caribbean. there's also an island review. I've been there once, my parents have been about 6 times, and my best friend lives there. Feel free to PM me if you have specific questions. ALOHA
