We're going to Aulani the first week of March and I'm thinking about buying the entertainment book. Is it worth it?

I just had my last chemotherapy treatment today so we mostly just want to relax at the resort, so I don't think the Go Oahu card will be worth it for us. We're thinkg about doing maybe one or two days of sightseeing. We definitely want to go to Pearl Harbor and maybe the Polynesian Cultural Center.

If you're just going to hang out at the resort, it's probably not worth it. There are coupons in there for different tours and fast food places. I'm using the coupon for Paradise Cove Luau. There will be three of us and we're saving a total of almost $60 on our tickets. I only paid $20 for the book, so it was worth it for me.

We are thinking of doing the Pasadise Cove Luau and they're are seven of us in our family. 6 adults and one child. What is the discount for that? It might be worth it to get the book just for that coupon,

The Paradise Cove discount is 25% off up to 4 adult admissions. You can preview the book ant entertainment.com and see if you find any other deals that might benefit you.

IIRC, there's a large discount for the PCC too.

I pulled out my book to see what other discounts there may be. I'll just highlight a few:

Paradise Cove or Germaine's Luau 25% off up to 4 people
A-1 Tours has 50% off helicopter tour, scuba or snorkeling, jetski or parasail
Ocean Joy Cruises $20 off any cruise (for each person in your party)
BOGO adult admission to Waikiki Aquarium
25% off a 2 hour surf lesson when a 2 hour lesson is purchased at reg price from North Shore Surf Girls
Various savings on fishing trips
Various coupons for fast food and casual dining.

25% off two Luau's and $50 off PCC with a full price option were the ones that caught my eye. I have access to the Entertainment coupon's through several options without having to buy a book. I know they did have the city books on sale, not sure if they still do or not.

Is it possible to wait until you get to Hawaii and buy the book there if you decide it works for you?
Years ago when my wife and I went on our honeymoon to Hawaii I stumbled across the entertainment book once we were there, I paged through it while my wife looked at jewelry and found a two for one coupon for a whale watching tour we all ready booked for that afternoon, so it paid for itself just with that. We used for a couple of other things too if i remember correctly.

I got an email this morning stating that the books are 40% off today(Feb2) if you are ready to pull the trigger.
