All the ones I can recall were somewhere between 4-6 months roughly prior to opening. I'd guess early 2011.

I might go for 50 pts, no more than that, go every 3rd year or rent them out..

I'm not sure when the sales will start, but my guide thought she wouls have more info in about 6 months
I'm on her "let me know ASAP" list
