Is this building strictly all concierge rooms or are there other rooms here as well? What I mean is there standard Garden Rooms in this building? When I put in my requests (i.e. non-smoking, etc.) I had requested this building or Tahiti and was just curious.

Also, how far is the Hawaii building from the TTC? Is it a quick walk? How far is Tahiti from the TTC, as well as the Main building? Are the walkways well lit at night? Is it safe to walk around this resort at night?

It is concierge only and its a key only building. Tahiti is a really nice building as is Tokalau. If you ask for way down the building close to the lake you might even be able to get more than a glimpse of the lagoon.

Yes it is well lit and safe at night.

The Tahiti is the closest of all the buildings to the TTC I believe. It is a nice, well lit path that will take you there. However, it is probably the building with the greatest distance to the Grand Ceremonial House, but not far at all. We just spent our honeymoon with a lagoon view in the Tahiti. Room 2021. I loved it. We had a wonderful view of the castle and the fireworks for the most part. There are some trees along the beach and the branches did block some of the fireworks, but if that bothers you, just walk a few steps down to the beach. It was perfect for us because it wasn't near the pools and seemed to be the most secluded building and beach at the resort.

Hawaii is only concierge. Tahiti is our favorite bui;lding. The lagoonviews of the castle are amazing. It is right on the beach so even if you have a garden view you can just walk out to the beach to view the fireworks at night. It is about a 5 minute walk from the GCH. I made the walk alone many early mornings and late nights and never felt the least bit unsafe. At night the walkways are litby tiki torches. The walk is so peaceful and relaxing that it is a nice way to begin or end a day. The grounds are just beautiful.
