Having withdrawal!

We've been back now for 2 weeks and I WANT TO GO BACK NOW!! I had such a wonderful time at WDW with my DH & girls 2 & 5 (their 1st trip). They loved it too! But my husband says it will be sometime before we go back. I want to go back in December to see everything decorated for the holidays, I've never been at that time. Anyway, just having withdrawal and can't wait to go again!!

I feel the withdrawal syptoms also, We have not been since 2003 and we are not going until Christmas 06. I just get on the DIS boards and read everyone else's posts. Dinsey is a great place.

I know how you feel. We were at WDW a year ago at this time and I am having an especially hard week because of it. We aren't returning until June of '07, but I already have the next trip planned. My husband just told me yesterday that he thinks I have a "problem" Oh, well! Can't help but love Disney whether I'm there or at home. Just try to think of all the great things you'll get to do on your next trip and have fun planning it. Hopefully you'll start to feel better.

I feel your pain! We got back April 30 from our first trip with DD4 and DS2 and had a WONDERFUL time! I went through at least a week of Post Disney Depression and have slowly been recovering ever since I've been reading lots of trip reports and trying to figure out a way to come up with money for another trip next year. Fortunately, DH wants another Disney trip (almost) as much as I do.

I live 90 minutes from Disney and I get withdrawal too! We were up there this past Saturday and I'm already insisting to my husband that we go back this Saturday because otherwise we won't have another chance till mid-July, which is just unthinkable!! It's really an addiction...

There a cycle to it all:

step 1: plan the trip

step 2: book the trip

step 3: get all excited and wait

step 4: its almost time to go! You get butterflies in your stomach and you "dance"

step 5: ITS TIME TO GO!

step 6: You are either driving/flying to WDW and you can sense it!!!

step 7: The arrival...YOU'RE THERE!!!

step 8: You get that "WELCOME HOME!" feeling that gives you that good vibes tingle.

step 9: ENJOY YOUR TRIP!

step 10: time to go home. you can't believe how fast the trip went by, it seemed like (insert # of days ago) you just arrived

step 11: The withdrawl symtoms begin...

step 12: repeat steps 1-12

My DH also said it would be sometime before we went back to WDW. Due to me insisting e buy a new house. This was the deal we wouldn't go back to WDW until the house ws finished. Well thank god Disney came out w/ this free dining package because if there is anything in the world that my DH loves more than us is food and is fav. foods are in Disney. I always ask him what he wants for dinner and he'll say... 50's Prime time, Biergarden,Garden Grill, or something like that. So as you can see buy my ticker we are heading down in 3 months for the food and wine festival, our 1st MNSSHP, and last but not least our DD 5th B-day!!!
So find something your DH loves and make Disney style he'll come around and get that itch. Plus here's some pixie dust from me 2 you!

We're not going until May '07!! The people I work with think I need help because I'm glued to this website....it keeps me going! I have not been there since I was 6 and that was a LONG time ago! So now I'm very excited that we can take our son and experience it with him.

We returned May 11th from a 10 day trip and I too want to go back NOW!!!!
We had the most fantastic time and enjoyed the 50th celebration ceremonies and just knowing we were a part of that made our trip extra special.
Our best memory will be having our DD (3) along with other princesses be chosen to be on the Early Show on CBS for the celebration
We are waiting for the video to watch it all and see her and us as well.
I keep going through all of our pictures and Disney books and listen to the Wishes CD at least once a day.
We are planning a Dec. 06 trip and will stay another 10 days.
Let the countdown start

I feel your pain too. I stay in withdrawal all the time! Except when I'm there, of course! I think we all need help!
