Having trouble with MyDisneyExperience web/app log in

When I log in my personal data, trip plans and reservations seem to be erased. Are you having trouble too? Thanks

Thank you Aliceacc. It is a bit worrying not to see my stuff when I have spent big money for my trip. Hope they'll sort it soon.

Im travelling next october for the Halloween event, so I'm not really desperate, but it's a bit weird this kind of things happen to a giant company like Disney. Anyway, I'm sure they'll fix it soon.

I got a message from WDWToday apologising for "some thecnical difficulties". Now I can log into my account online (everything ok) but the app is still down.

Disney said they were having technical difficulties, which went on pretty much until this morning. It has been working fine for me since.

I also had a problem. I'm at wdw now. It made me glad that I printed out my plans as a back up.

I thought about that when the app was down, what if I was at the park when it happened. I will print myself a loose schedule including my dinner reservations when I go in October.

I'm proud of myself for not panicking (at least not too much!). Once I was able to get the website to work, I new it wasn't me. I wish that Disney was clearer about the problem so we would have to guess less.

It also went on for a whole day, on and off. I was trying to make a payment on my upcoming Disney trip and kept getting card error messages. I knew my card was ok but you know how we start the "is it me?" routine. Lol. I finally called them and did it that way, but no one mentioned to me they were down. Only much later, when I called the app number, did I get a recording stating they were having technical difficulties.
