Having trouble uploading Memory Maker photos to Shutterfly

I have downloaded all my MM photos and they are on the hard drive of my computer. I just tried to upload the pictures to Shutterfly so I can order prints, make photo book, etc. Shutterfly will not accept the prints. I get a message that my photos can not be uploaded. Anyone ever encounter this?

Are you uploading the unzipped jpeg files?

I just tried using CHROME and it works.
