Having the hardest time getting the Disney reward Visa

So I have good credit, I have cards with discover, amex, nfc, usaa and a few store cards, nothing with high usage and I cannot seem to get Chase to approve me, its driving me nuts bc of course Disney Rewards Visa is my holy grail card I want..lol

Anyone else struggling to get it

Chase has a rule with some of their cards where if you have opened more than 5 cards in the last 24 months they will deny you. The 5 cards can be any credit card (chase, amex, citi etc), including store cards.

I thought the Disney card was the exception to that rule but I was wrong bc its why they denied me... I guess I will wait another year
