Having problems getting credit for refferal on Blink.

My two referals just signed up without using a letter..(I didn't send them one because it was my daughters) They said there wasn't a place to put who refered them. I contacted Blink & they said they'd have to enter them manually & needed their email addresses....I sent Blink thier email addresses a couple weeks ago and they still haven't credited me. I've sent them two other messages since....no response or credits.

How long do you think it'll take?

I am sorry! I am going through the exact same thing with them! (Well..sort of.) I ordered something through buy.com using their link, the 150 pts per dollar spent I think I am supposed to be credited. And then I signed up for the Columbia House DVD Club, and was not credited the 11,000 points I am supposed to get. I am currently emailing them every day, asking for the points. I received one response, who said to send the confirm email from buy.com. I did...no word back. If anyone has any ideas to solve this - PLEASE let us know!

They owe me 35,000 points for a signup. I forwarded the confirmation to them per their request, and sent numerous e-mails since.......still no response. I am losing faith!

I've been waiting for a $5 WC since 8/15. They said 10-15 business days. That is long past and they are not answering any of my e-mails. I believe their office is in NYC and not far from the WTC so that may be why we haven't heard from them. But I've been e-mailing them since the beginning of the month and have not heard from them.

I just received an email from Blink regarding the points that have not been credited in my account. They told me that due to the terrorist attacks, they were unable to reach their office in NYC. (So starwood was right!) They said they are working on adding the points to my account. I of course can understand their reasons for not being able to help me since Sept. 11, but I had been waiting for about three weeks with no word before then as well. Assuming I will be credited this time, I am hoping that they are able to return to their offices soon - so sad the tragedy has hit so many people, even in small ways compared to others.

Blink is a program at www.blink.com. Sign up by going to the site, and then clicking on the join now button on the page. The program we use is the BlinkRewards program there. Each day you click on links to web sites under the "FastClicks" section, and get credited points for doing so. You can also get points for signing up for mailing lists, trial offers, and other programs under the "Free Stuff" and "Trial Offers" sections, or by shopping online at the participating merchants.
