I think some other DVCers have asked about doing this, so I thought I'd report on my experience at BCV with having flowers in my room on arrival. DH called DVC MS, who connected him to the "DVC Florist", at least they said it was. Then when Mom and I checked in at BCV, there was a lovely arrangement, in a white picket fence-type bowl, in our room, along with a card. What a beautiful surprise of a Mother's Day gift! The only hint that anything was a little odd was that when the CM checked us in, she looked at her screen and said, "Oh, I have to leave you for a minute, but I'll be back." I thought it was odd-I'd never had a CM just walk away in the middle of checking me in before, but I shrugged and attributed it to a sudden "nature's call." But this was a very different experience from pre-DVC, when DH ordered flowers to be waiting for me in my room. Then, he wasn't told, but I was when I called the front desk (which he told me to do when I said "No, nothing's new" when I called) that flowers couldn't be put in the room first, before the guest arrives, in case something changes. Well, at BCV, at least, it can be done. So if you want to surprise someone with flowers, get calling-MS!

Wow! That was really nice. I looked into this the other day and found that the "Disney Florist" website isn't functional right now. I wonder if the florist is no longer Disney. :confused3
