Having a nightmare

I am unable to check in online with Virgin or should I rather say that DH and I can check in buts it not letting me check in DD6

I am on the phone to Virgin for the 3rd time so see whats going on. They are completley usless.

We had the same problem earlier this year, the best thing to do is just print of yours and hubby boarding cards, they wont let a 6 year old sit on there own so the seat will be allocated next to you, well thats what we were told and thats what happened, got to airport straight to bag drop and they printed the kids boarding cards there for us. Trying to get any sense out of virgin on the phone is pretty much impoosible im afraid!!!

Happened to a friend of mine recently, he was the only one of four not permitted to check in.

He got told that it was because one other passenger had the same name.
Their might be something on the virgin website about it.

I'd do as Burt says re checking in everyone else.

Are you ringing the Flying Club or just a Virgin number?
