Brook, Vanessa's checking out from Beach Club Villas. That's why we were both interested in the pick up at the TTC.

Thanks Brook!

I was just a little worried about how all that was going to work. One BIG reason Dh loves WDW is because he does not have to haul all of my CRAP around!!

I got my ressie and Miquel is even going to put in a little bubbly to enjoy in the limo! WOOHOO- Merry Xmas and Happy Anniversary!:santa:

man you split stay wenches .... your giving me a headache:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I have never stayed BCV so I don't have a clue how it works there but I would guess it would be similar to the GF.....

oh you will like Miquel. He was so nice to my kids...
He even pulled over for my boys so they could hop out and take a pic of the disney sign :rotfl2:

As I did NOT want my brats to be roadkill I told them NOOO so Miquel jumped out of the limo with their cameras and took the pic for them :rotfl2:

Hey- I cannot afford RPC all darn week. I am not a suite hooker like Chan:rotfl:

I will be fine. I will go to BCV desk 24 hour before and just do everything you told me to do. I really wanted to try Seaworld on that last day and just leave from there...but oh well!

That would be where flying a participating airline would be helpful :rotfl2:

Just make sure to do the 24hour online check in ... just to make sure there are no problems and you won't have to go to the main counter for SW at MCO.
The curbside check in is maybe 5 steps from the door of the limo so you should be fine :rotfl2:

I actually found this way to be easier than using resort airline check in... to be honest....
When we used the resort airline check in, we drug our crap through the GF from Conch to the front of the GF so we could check it in. We did this EARLY in the morning too...

With the luggage going in the limo with us, I had bell services take it from the room and store it for us and it met us out front.... I didnt have to drag it through the resort to the check in counter :upsidedow

Hey SW people!!

If I do the 24 checkin but don't get my boarding passes (Daddy is doing it for me since we will be at CA Grille at my 24 mark), can I still use curbside and have the skycabs print them for me or do I have to go in???????

Maybe if we smile and look cute she will adopt us ... i hear she is about to lose a boy so maybe she will take on 2 more daughters to replace your baby boy :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Channing - Love all your great pictures! Love your Suite, too! Your DS looks as excited as mine does on our trips to WDW!!

i dont have a clue Kristin. I am a ninny about stuff and I don't think ...at least if it were me... I would take that chance.... just in case ....

Could you hit the desk to do check in after your dinner?
I know at our 24 hour mark Savannah and I were at the camp rock party. I checked in at the 22 hour mark and was still able to get an A boarding pass. It was in the A 40's if I remember correctly.

Not checking in at 24 hours is a chance I WON'T take :rotfl: I want that A group!!! Plus, I can't imagine telling DS after dinner that we have to go back to the hotel before we can go to MK for our last night.

Since we are using DME and it seems we are always so stinkin' early at the airport anyway, we might as well brave the long line just for something to do :rolleyes1 (And hope that at 3:30pm on a Sunday it is starting to slow down a little...)

What I was thinking was that if you check in and didnt print out your boarding pass... what happens if you can't get one at all? I thought you had to print out your boarding pass at the time of online check in :confused3

I didn't realize you could do online check in and then have your passes printed up later.....

No, that much I am sure of! :thumbsup2

Where are Chan and my other SW gals when I need them??? :rotfl: I mean crap, my trip is in 4.5 months and I want to know NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! :rotfl:

Hey you SWA Newbs.....:rotfl:

YES!! You can check in and you do not have to print your boarding passes at that time. NO WORRIES!!! This time around we did it on Col's blackberry from Epcot. THEN when you get to curbside at MCO, they will just ask for your license and where you're headed and they print them for ya and tag your bags. It's a BREEZE!!! I believe I read somewhere that boarding passes can be printed up to 3X. BUT you just don't worry. Once you're checked in, you are confirmed for that flight. :thumbsup2 I cannot tell you how many times we have done the printing at airports.

This time though....(see I ALWAYS do it myself) but THIS TIME Colin did it...and we did get As BUT....I always type my confirmation number in with capital letters as SWA does it....that stubborn butt wouldn't do it...he insisted it wouldn't matter...IMO it does matter. Use the capitals. He kept trying and tyring and it kept giving him an error - like it wasn't time yet to get our passes but it was 8 min past the time!! I insisted he try with caps and it worked right away. So not sure if that was some funky coincidence or what (he says it was) but use all caps!!!!

Haha! You posted this as I was just asking this on the transportation board!!

Just out of curiosity, what A numbers did you get 8 minutes past??

We were in the 50s!!!

WE always start trying early too....I was getting so ticked off I was on hold with SWA on MY phone. Then I told DH USE CAPITALS...and *poof* it worked. I really dont' know if that matters but IT WORKED and his dumb way didn't.

NOw, with their "business" class or whatever they call it, if you want to pay the premium rate you will get guaranteed A boarding. So...it seems sometimes you have to really keep trying to get thru and get the system to accept you while they are getting all their high priced seats As. It has taken me 3 min past before...but then we were in the 30s of the A group.

We do preboard with Lucy though...she doesn't like the peeps on her heels rushing her down toward the plane. But we like As in case the give us any crap about our whole family preboarding.

Holy crow Batman!!!!!! That was a lot of numbers to sneak in!! How do you try early?? Just type it all in and keep hitting submit until it takes it?? Does the screen at least hold all the info, or do you have to keep typing it in?? (Wow- am I crazy detail oriented lady or what????)

I am still trying to get DH to fly down Fri night instead of first thing Sat. I don't want to be up at 6:30am for that 24 hour check in if I don't have to!!!!

One more question: Does anyone know where the luggage carts are at MCO???? DME drops us off near the DME counter and the rental car counters on the lower level and we need to haul all our crap up to the ticketing level (assumingly where the sky cabs are too) We will need a cart to do it...

I KNOW ...crazy system!!! WEll....yes the screen holds the info...we just type it in and hit submit like you said..just a min or two early...sometimes their clocks don't jive with ours. and then if it gives you that error about you need to wait til 24 hrs blah blah...just hit the back key and the info is still there and do it again and again til it takes.

luggage carts?? hmm......they are near the carousels for sure....not sure where else...I don't know where dme drops ya......:confused3 sorry no help there....

chan:)

Miquel must have been busy today with people from this thread. I was onthe phone with him earlier booking our transfers for next month but had to resort to sending an email as he was having trouble understanding my Scottish accent.

Loving the photos Channing its really helping build the excitment.
