Hi everyone -- long time no see! Kelly convinced me to come back over here after a long hiatus. I've been so busy the past few months. i was in the hospital for TWO MONTHS at the end of my pregnancy and had my son almost 6 weeks early in October. Things have been crazy!

I really miss Disney and would love to go back. I am just about desperate! My husband says he only wants to go when all the boys are big enough (40") and that won't be for about 3 years! WAH! I'll have to convince him.....

I see you guys are all going next week?!?!? Is it a ladies-only trip? How long are you all staying? Who is going? I am sure you'll have a BLAST!

Chan.......I hear ya on the worrying........I do it EVERY trip . About 2 weeks before we are to leave I start coming up with every reason why we shouldn't go . But once we're on our way to the airport I'm fine......and then it gets better once we board the plane and are actually on our way . And you've got Dawn to fly with so that will be nice . Just keep reminding yourself of what an AWESOME time it will be and that should ease your worrying a little .

And I know what you mean on the chauffering around . It worries me about DS driving this summer, but on the other hand it will be nice whenever he wants to go somewhere he won't have to rely on me to take him and pick him up .


Dawn.......Now that you're on the bus there's no getting off......there's no way those gals will allow you to leave . So I suggest you buckle up because it's gonna be a WILD RIDE


Lisa......My experience would turn out just like Chan's if me and my DH tried to do something like that together ........that is something that would NOT go well .


Lesley......I don't know you from previously but just wanted to say HI, I'm Deb .....and congrats on baby #3 .

Hello!

Well...we ran errands. The girls had gift cards from Xmas to use for books and Jo had a doll to exchange at Target that she got for her bday...and I dragged them to Jewel with me too. What fun....but the sun was shining and it felt not so cold for 10 degrees.

Hope everybody is having a fun day...even without football.

Deb....wow..so I guess the pretrip freaking out isn't limited to just this nutcase. I do do it each time. I get the WHAT IF feeling.....I need to develop the WHAT EVAH feeling.....I know I will have an amazing time. The GF will take care of us. And we will all laugh til our stomachs hurt.....that is a given.

Lesley! It's good to have you back! I am glad you and baby #3 are doing well. Keep working on your husband.....you can't wait THAT long to go back to WDW!!!

Lesley Welcome Back Sorry to hear that the end of your pregnacy was so difficult it couldnt have been easy to be hospitalized for so long with two little ones at home...glad everything turned out well and you now have baby boy#3 congratulations!

Channing I always get the pre trip worries too...every single time! But like Deb said once I'm on that plane....they all disappear (thank goodness!!)

Marci Sorry that your DS is sick...there are so many nasty bugs going around! Hope he's feeling better soon...

Deb Yep there are two side to the teen driving thing! Its nice to not have to chauffer them all over...BUT then there is the worry about them being behind the wheel...Parenting=there is always something we're going to be worried about.... wouldnt trade it though...

No, it's not limited to just you ....I am one of the biggest nutcases when it comes time to leave . I get the WHAT IF feeling too.....but I didn't want to say that and get you MORE freaked out . I go through so many senerios prior to leaving that I always think I'm totally losing it . And you are so right.......you gals are gonna laugh like you've never laughed before and a great time will be had by all .

I agree......I wouldn't trade being a parent for the world!!!!! Although it DOES come with too many nerve-wracking times . It's just all happening so fast that it's hard to come to terms that it's that time already.......my baby is of driving age .

says no snow or wind or anything from Feb 1 thru the 4th
Accuweather says the 3rd and 4th with have periods of snow.
How can they have such different forecasts!!
I am so worried about the weather!

This weather is awful!!! Today its cold but wind chill makes it even worse...

As far as the forecasts things seem to do the opposite of whatever is predicted!!! Lets hope for the best..
