Have You Used L&M Rentals?

I was wondering if any DISer has used L&M out of Orlando Intl Airport before? Their rates seem to be much less than some of the competitors which are located on the airport at levels A & B. Annmarie

Used them about a year and a half ago at MCO. Good price & service, but not too automated. Lot of paper work to pick up & drop off.

I had read at mousesavers.com that some people have had some trouble with them upselling and not having vehicles available. Be aware that you must have special insurance papers with you. Your insurance card is not enough.

Mousesavers has some great codes that can help you get good rates at some of the more well known car rental agencies.

I've rented from them 3 times, no trouble, no lines, quick. Bring a copy of the front page of your insurance if you don't want extra coverage.

Thanks for the replies. I just returned from WDW but a friend of mine is going next month and asked me about L&M. Since I didn't know anything about them, I told her I would ask for feedback from DIS members. As always, you are quite helpful. Annmarie

Tried to use them once. I was scheduled for full size car and they tried to give me a car that I felt did not qualify. When I inquired, the agent said "It's a Full Size this week" This was President's Day week and it appeared that they randomly upgraded the Neon size car to full size to fill the reservations. When he started giving the insurance run around, I told him to cancel and walked. Won't give them a second chance.
