Have You Used getawaytoday For Tickets Only?

I've read conflicting information... In one place I read that you print out your vouchers at home, in another place I read that they mail the vouchers to you. Which is correct? And if they do mail them to you, how long does it take from the time you place your order?

I'd really like to know the answer to this too! I ordered my tickets about 3 weeks ago and still no sign of them. I am in Australia, but I was thinking maybe 2 weeks, and I'm starting to worry now...

We are on our way to DL for the first time in a couple of weeks!!

I ordered our tickets only from getawaytoday and was told that an electronic receipt would be sent to the DL ticket booth and that I would have to go pick them up with my photo ID.

If you're worried, I would phone the customer service line and ask them directly. I would print out any receipt that was e-mailed to you and bring that, if they are being sent to the ticket booth.

I recently purchased DL Express tickets from GAT and they said they would normally mail them out if it was more than two weeks, but because it was less than two weeks, they will fax the DL Express office on the day of arrival and the day of departure. I am bringing my receipt with me, just in case!!

When we used them last year, we just did all electronically. We went to the front desk of the Grand Cali hotel (or you can go to guest services) and they will give you your park hopper

I've used them several times, for both tickets and meal vouchers.

They email you a confirmation and then you need to take that to the ticket booths (or if on site- the hotel reception area) and they will give you your tickets/vouchers there.
