Have you used Ares Travel through Mousesavers.com?

I'm thinking of purchasing our park tickets through them. I feel like they'll be ok, but I'd appreciate any comments about them either way!

Thanks!

Just bought our tickets through them and picked them up at guest services this weekend. Unfortunately I did have a small problem. I was neurotic in my planning and made sure that I had confirmation numbers, order numbers, and printed invoices and receipts for everything, and I am glad that I did! When picking up tix at guest services, you need your printed receipt to give to the GS office. I showed them my receipt, she looked me up in the computer, and then told me to wait a moment and then disappeared. I panicked, and stood there for second. When she came back she told me the Ares Travel had not given them the order for my tix. I had to call Ares immediately, and have them fax an order to the GS office. Fortunately, I had made sure to pick up our tix the night before heading into the park which made everything work out ok. I called at 4:45 thinking there was going to be no way I could get everything worked out before 5:00 when GS closed. However, I called Ares, put in my number, and when the operator came on, everything looked just fine. She was more than happy to fax my order, and do so within 2 or 3 minutes. GS immediately got my order, and handed me tix. All in all, everything worked out just fine and I would definitely order through them again!

I used them for Lefoland tickets with no problems.

I actually had a similar problem to Jernysgirl when I ordered from Get Away Today. I had to call and get the order faxed over, but it worked out in the end.

This is one of the reasons I always have my passes shipped to me. I just feel better getting it all out of the way and not having to worry about stopping at a booth while I am there. Both of those agencies have good reps and it sounds like great service (we have had stuff shipped to us through ARES), but mistakes are going to happen. Just the nature of the beast.

I would have had our tickets shipped, but our trip was kind of last minute and we were too close to our travel dates to do this. We only had the option of will call. If you have the option to ship than I definitely would, but as I said our problem was really minor because I made sure to have all the correct info with me at the time of travel.
