Have you taken Mears?

My mom's friend has decided to meet us in Orlando and is traveling alone for the first time (she is 63).

Is Mears pretty easy to locate if you make reservations in advance? She will need to catch it at MCO and we are staying at the Marriott Grande Vista but will be at La Nouba when she arrives.

How about the return trip, her flight leaves at 7:25 am; what time should she tell Mears to pick her up or do they tell you?

Very easy - Level One on both sides of the terminal, along with all other ground transportation. And yes, they will probably tell her what time they'll pick her up.
