Have you seen the sun lately?

Yes I know I live in Northeast Ohio. Yes I know it is gray here often. Yes I know I was in Sunny Florida last week.

BUT I still wish I could see the sun once in awhile. It hasnt' been out since I got back from vacation, one week ago today. I saw a little sunshine when we landed in Akron but alas that is it.

SUN, WHERE ARE YOU??????????:sunny: :sunny: :sunny:

I think someone bottled up the sun and will be selling it on ebay.:sunny:

Not here in New England either....

I got sunshine on a cloudy day - I love the Temptations

I just told DH two days ago that all I want right now is a sunny day! :smooth: :sunny: I'm still waiting.....

No sun here in Philly, lots of rain. It's 60º though and I'm liking that lol

:sunny: Sun?! What's that?

I woke up at 7:20 this morning and I had to double check the clock, it looked like it was still night outside. In fact it still does. Rain, rain, rain. At least there was some sun when it was snowing last week.

:sunny: Very much so! :sunny:

Sunny, cold, and clear! That's our typical winter forecast. However... did I mentioned cold? ;) It's a tradeoff getting sunny weather, because it is absolutely frigid outside... currently sitting at -31 C (-24 F).

<-- that is very much what I looked like on the way into work this morning, all bundled up with my scarf and hat, with just a tiny little space to peek through, which I kept making smaller because my eyelashes were sticking together, LOL! :teeth:

So, it's downright frigid, but at least it's sunny here a lot of the time! That makes up for a lot, as you all know! :)

...and have lived in sunny Florida for 14 years! Nothing like the sun over Tampa Bay in the morning!

Maybe the sun is waiting to come out in PA for when we're there over Christmas! Of course, our DD17 is hoping for SNOW. Heaven help me...

Yup! See the sun every day. :teeth: This morning the sunrise was beautiful. A huge ball of fire rising in the east. We see the sunrise every morning on the drive to DS's school. :)

Every single day!;) I love FL this time of the year, the skies are blue and clear, just beautiful.:sunny: :sunny: It makes up for putting up with the humid hot summers.::yes::

Pembo, I used to live in Northeast Ohio (Chesterland) years ago and I know what you mean about "Gray Days". In NH it used to be much sunnier. I just commented to someone recently that I felt I had moved back to Ohio with all the overcast skys we have had lately.

The only cure is to start planning your next trip to the "Sunshine State"!;)

There was a little sun for a very short while today around noon. Big surprise after the downpours this morning.
Cloudy and colder now (3pm) and very windy !

--I'm waitin' ...waitin' on a sunny day........gonna chase the clouds away....just waitin for a sunny day.

I only seen the sun a little bit today. I swear this has been the rainy year in Chattanooga.

The sun finally came out here mid morning. Here's hoping those of you east of Indiana will see the sun in your areas soon!
