I'm considering buying a vacuum from them but I don't have any prior experience with them, nor have I heard of them. I see that amazon.com deals with them, so I'm thinking it should be okay, but the item is pricey so I don't want to take any chances!
Any opinions on them?

Never heard of them...but just looked at the Dyson DC14 Animal price...and honestly, $549 I believe is the same price our local Bed Bath & Beyond sells it for.

Actually, I was looking at the DC15 Total Clean BALL. Not too many places carry it and factory direct offers 3 extra bonus tools with free shipping.
