At the 7 month mark, made the call right at 9am...got a CM who can't input your member number correctly, again can't input your member number correctly, again can't input your member number correctly, can't talk faster, and all you hear is

*blah blah blah blah*

I'm like, just check availability already!!! :lmao: Stop asking me my address! Stop confirming my email address!! Just go faster :rotfl: Why are you putting me on hold to "confirm" availability which you just told me was there! (All the while thinking, if you had only gone faster!)

Yay Boardwalk for food & wine. We got it. Phew that took years off my life :rotfl:
 
When I have an important reservation to make at the 11 mo or 7 mo mark I tell them upfront. I give my member number, let them know that my address/phone/email is the same and that i need to make a hard to get reservation and today is my 11 or 7month day. I usually get a different approach from the castmember hearing the urgency in my voice.

:thumbsup2 I did the exact same thing yesterday when I called to try and move our reservation at 7 months...thank goodness i got a cm who knew exactly what to do.....because i have had calls when they have entered my member number incorrectly on the first try
 

Sorry to hear about the stress of making your reservation but glad you finally got it.
 
Glad to hear you got your reservation! :thumbsup2 Definately is stressful to say the least. It is amazing that a phone call can cause a sleepless night and then take years off our life. :rotfl: Enjoy your trip!
 
That will be me next week! Also trying to get BW for food and wine at the 7 month window...I am already stressing out!!

This is one of the reasons that I am anxiously waiting for DVC online reservation. I understand that they need to confirm things before they book, but sometimes I just want them to just book it. I know there'll be a lot of problems with the system when it begins but maybe they'll surprise us and have it working properly the first time. :confused3 (a girl can dream)
