Groupon used to be awesome, they are terrible now. If you have a problem their customer service will never help you. It used to be the complete opposite they used to be the best. I have purchased a few groupon getaways, and enjoyed them all. I did not find them to be much of a better deal than we could have gotten on our own. We did one in the Bahamas and one in Costa Rica. Groupon is tanking and their customer service is suffering. I had an issue with a business not honoring a groupon that had not expired yet and I tried for more than a month to get it resolved. Groupon never fixed it I ended up disputing it on my credit card to get my money back.
I would recommend looking up the "deal" on your own and seeing how much you can get it for, without the groupon restrictions. Groupon is only good until you have a problem then you are out the cash.
