Have you ever reported a post?

I have twice. Once back during Hurricane Katrina someone made such a nasty post I was shocked! Then this past week I reported an especially nasty one. It kind of felt satisfying.

Just one. It must have been a troll talking about Willy Wonka and then it got into very sexual discussion with alot of bad words. It needed to be gone!!

Once someone was going a little bit too far in a religion debate so I reported that one. Then at least twice when the mods on the DVC boards were telling all of us to be on the look out for a particular poster who would make multiple identities that would get banned every time

The only one I reported was someone recruiting teenagers to become porn stars. It went *poof* very quickly!

Other than that, I'd consider it basically tattling, and I wouldn't do it.

...but that's just me.

Yes.

A few trolls--some with lots o' profanity and others.

And some instances of DISers not behaving themselves.
(doing things/saying things that are against the guidelines and that mods have even stepped forward and requested that such antics be reported. I don't consider that tattling).

I'm on pretty early in the morning and there will be trolls spamming. They really seem to like the budget boards, and I have reported those a few times, but I don't think I have ever reported any other kind.

Juts a couple.. it usually has to be something really bad. This past week, it was someone posting on just about everyone of the boards some referral thing. I just irked me and I was in a bad mood. I wanted to plan my trip and didn't want to have to wade through sale's pitch posts!

A few. Mostly spammers on the budget board.

If it's a brand new poster posting about an online store on the scrapbooking board..... I just like to mess with them for a while before I kill them.
