Have you ever had a crush? Is that wrong when you're married?

I know I have a crush on someone but I know it would NEVER go anywhere but in my mind and a little in my heart.

Of course with my marriage being rocky, maybe that's what brought it on, who knows.

Is it normal now and then to have a crush beyond the teenager years??

It's probably normal for someone who describes their marriage as rocky. You are not getting what you want/need from your spouse, so you're thinking that someone else might better be able to provide it for you. Actually, under your circumstances, seems like it would be a pretty normal reaction.

As a happily married person, I can look at members of the opposite sex and find them attractive, sort of the way someone admires a painting or a particularly beautiful view, but I don't think I'd go so far as to say it's a crush. Crush to me involves thinking a lot about the person, maybe getting a thrill if you know you're going to see them, maybe dressing up a bit if you know you're going to see them...that sort of thing.
