Have you ever broke a rivit on your crocs?

I have, in fact a few times. Once my DH super glued it. Then my friend did on the pair I gave her. Then I did it again. (I guess I don't learn.) Anyway I looked on the website and they have a link to an email address. Just click on it and request away. I heard back less then an hour after I sent my email. The requested rivets were in the mail. Today they are on my shoes. (less then a week later, but I think it would of been sooner if it wasn't over memorial day week.)

Anyway if you break a rivet contact crocs, they are great about it. (free too.)

Thanks!!! I got a brand new pair from Rei.com and they were missing the little croc logo on the strap (both shoes). Hopefully they'll send me some to put there.
