I read that you can book another Fast Pass after you use your allotted 3. Tried to do this on the MDE app during my trip a few weeks ago, but it didn't work.
Is there a trick to this? Or is this just a myth?

I completely understand where you're coming from. During our trip Spring 2018 we had nothing but problems with getting more FP after our first 3 were used. We would use our first 3 but when we went to APP to get one, it would always say we haven't used up our first 3...which we did. I went to front desk at WL for help. She couldn't understand of fix/change anything but she did override the system and was able to give us some FP. Because of that experience, I was very nervous about our last trip (end of December 2019). But it worked better this time. If for some reason, the screen wasn't refreshing fast enough for me by still having my first 3 original FP, I would go in and physically cancel them and then start looking for additional FP. Just remember for the more popular rides like SDMT, FOP, SDS, etc...those are harder to get. I would call Disney directly and tell them your experience. They can look up what you were able to do and not do as far as rides are concerned.Thank you. Did you book it through the app? Or did you have to go to a cast member kiosk?
