Our plane will be landing at 11:30 pm, so I'm guessing we will arrive at PBH around 12:30 am. Has anyone had a problem arriving this late? A friend of mine arrived after midnight at Allstars at Disney last year and they had already given her room away. It was a single woman and her nephew, and all they had left for her was a king room. It even said late arrival on her ressie. I had late arrival noted on my ressie as well, but was wondering if anyone has had trouble checking in so late. Did you still get a decent room? We leave in 11 days, and I'm sure we will have a wonderful time no matter what! Just wondering what other late arrival experiences have been.

If you guarantee with a credit card you should have no problems, but I would call the hotel and remind them the day of travel and write down who you speak with (better if it is a manager). If the hotel is full then most likely your room location won't be the best but sometimes they leave some of the best rooms out to upgrade VIP's or frequent stay guests and by 12 midnight they have a really good idea that those rooms won't be slept in that night and would be more likely to upgrade, etc.

i was told direct from the 1-800-BE A STAR reservationist that they will hold a room guranteed with a credit card until 3 AM.
