Have you ever accidentally run into a celebrity at WDW?

I have not seen any at Disney, but saw a famous rock star at Universal Hard Rock Hotel. We would see Dee Snider from Twisted Sister at the pool every August (they always rented a cabana).

I waved and said hi walking by, they were polite.
