Have you driven from New Bern NC??

We will be driving from my Dad's in New Bern, NC in Oct. Has anyone travel from here or near by and could tell me how long it took to get to WDW. and what your driving habits are...speed?? Thanks for anyone who can help

We picked up my mom in Rocky Mount this past December. From there it probably took us @ 10 hours. We stopped Several times. We drove straight thru the night. When we arrived, WDW was a Ghost town. They gave us a room at the Poly. right away, and were VERY helpful at the crack of dawn. We did not speed. There was a lot of construction in Jacksonville. I am thinking about driving again, especially since the air out of our area is not getting any cheaper. The drive home we split up into 2 days. We stopped @ 5 miles south of the S.C. border.

and it takes us about 9 hours. We don't make a lot of stops and are kind of lead footed.
