Have you chosen your final resting place?

When my mom passed away I was with my dad when he went to find a plot for her. She made it clear she wanted to be buried as close as possiable to her parents. When he found one close there happen to be 3 plots open beside my mom, so I bought them. DH really didn't care were he was going to be buried so he had no problem with me buying them.

It's a little weird at times when I go to visit my mom and looking at this big space next to her knowing that is where I am going to be. At least I know now where I'm going to be layed to rest. Plus finding a plot for me is one less thing my family has to worry about when that time comes.

I don't want to have a place. I want my ashes to be scattered, whether from a high place into the air or into the sea, I don't care.
