Have you booked a hotel through Mypoints? How long before you saw your points?

I guess my title says it all. Background:

We took a trip this past week and I booked the room(s) the first part of the month. I figured I wouldn't see points until they actually ran my card so I didn't even bother looking until after we checked out. I still don't see anything pending, though the clickthru is still on my account history. I'm wondering if I'll get anything, though, I booked 2 rooms and then the girl going with me put hers on her own card when we got there. That was fine and I thought she might but the original plan was for me to charge them and her to pay me half, I also knew that I might only get points for the one room that I left on my card - that is also fine - but would they void the whole reward since she paid for hers a different way? If they gave me points for both rooms it would have been almost 1200 pts, with one room it is just under 600. Obviously, I'd be happy with either one

I do remember that my first transaction was with Overstock and it took for-ev-ah to show up. So long that I almost emailed Mypoints to see what the hold up was. Since then I've always had points pending almost immediately. I'm hoping this is just a glitch (maybe due to the weekend? We checked out noon on Friday) and I'll see them soon. I could earn TONS of points of hotel stays so I just wondered what other people's experiences were.

Whenever I have booked, I have not seen the points until after my stay. Granted, I have only ever booked at about a month out, so I am not sure of the policy. I have not ever had to ask for the points (unlike many of my purchases). I have been a mypoints member since 2002.

It varies, though lately they have been very quick for me (withing a week after the stay). In the past it had been 1-2 months and sometimes I never see the credits come through.
