I bought a nice
Disney related item on Ebay. (Not pins)
Luckily the sender insured, as when I received the items (3 piece canister set) two of the three are broken way beyond any repair.
It was sent priority and the seller packed it well, but obviously not quite good enough.
I have never had experience with filing a USPS insurance claim.
The seller says I just need to take in the mailing label and a number she gave me for the insurance.
Is this correct?
It's not a lot of money. I am just glad it was insured. Do I get a full refund? Partial refund? Refund including shipping? How does this work?
I figure maybe just taking the box/contents in and my Paypal receipt.
