Have u done the skytram?

While in St Thomas, I read that there is a Sky Tram. Has anyone done this? Can you tell me about it? I think this would be a great way to see some of the island.

We did it and loved it! It is a short walk from where the ship docks and you get great pictures of the ships from up there.

Mary. I was just on the site and it looks great. When you were in St Thomas did you taxis or some other tour? I was going to use Godfrey Tours. They seem very reliable.
How long was the Sky Tram? trying to make tohe most of the time we have on the island.

Ah, Paradise Point. It is our favorite spot. It is a short walk from the pier. The ride up is short and the time spent at the top is up to you. The web site explains it all. We never miss this spot when we are in St. Thomas. We have also taken the DCL tour of the island that ends up at Mountain Top and the Great House. We did the Atlantis sub, nice but better in Cozumel. This last cruise we took a taxi over to Coral World and our daughter loved it. Their is a beach right next door it you want some beach time. If you shop downtown beware of the people trying to get visits for the timeshares. I have learned to say, "we have been here several times and we are not interested." Before I get the second part out of my mouth they have already turned to some other poor soul. Kathy

We did last December every picture we took looks like a postcard!! There are some shops and a bar/resturant up there.
