Have three park days - WWYD?

Three full park days 6/9, 6/10, 6/11. Want to do half day at HS, at least half at EP (maybe full) and at least a day and a half at MK, maybe two. Keeping in mind the new FPP rules, how would you split this up? (We just got back from a feb trip and have a sept trip planned, so not worried about missing AK this trip since we have another trip coming up)

Is Epcot EMH on a 9 crowd day better than regular opening on a 5 crowd day?
